A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of “Senior Executive Human Resource”.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
• Assisting and supporting Management and the leadership team with handling and resolving issues
• Searching and Acquiring talent from relevant industries.
• Setting up interviews with the concerned line managers
• Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes
• Coordinate and conduct applicant’s reference checks, background checks
• Facilitate employees in settling down in the company
• Inducting employees about the company and assisting in day to day ventures
• Liaise with the PRO in getting the visa, Emirates ID, and medical processed
• Facilitating employees with the visa processes and medical insurance
• Assisting employees with the procedures for required licenses
• Informing employees about adhering to company policies and standards
• Keeping records of the employees about their leaves and holidays
• Maintaining a track record of the timing discipline of the employees
• Support processing and maintenance of payroll records.
• Reporting management of issues related to employee relations.
• Applying for Agents BRN through Trakheesi Portal.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree: MBA/HR
