Talent Acquisition:

  • Support the HRBP – Talent Acquisition in hiring.
  • Assist the HRBP – Talent Acquisition in developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Use data to refine and enhance recruitment processes.

Recruitment Process:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to offers.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.

Talent Pool Development:

  • Develop a pipeline of candidates for key roles.
  • Proactively source and engage with passive candidates.
  • Represent the company at industry events to boost the company’s brand.

Collaboration:

  • Advise business leaders on recruitment strategies.
  • Work with the HR team to align recruitment with overall HR goals.
  • Engage in HR projects affecting talent management.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
  • Analyze recruitment data to drive improvements.

Compliance:

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in recruitment or a related role, ideally in the BFSI sector.
  • Skills: Familiarity with recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques, strong communication skills, proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
