Job Description/Role
Job Description
The candidate should have a solid experience in the area of Enterprise Performance Management, Budgeting, Planning, and Financial Consolidation. An implementation experience in a medium to high complexity environment is required. They should be able to operate independently to provide quality work products and perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment.
Implementation and Maintenance:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud modules (FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, EPBCS etc.) in accordance with Damac’s business requirements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Apply patches and updates to maintain system performance and security.
User Management and Training:

- Manage user access and permissions within the EPM Cloud environment.
- Develops test plans, procedures, and running tests accordingly.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on EPM Cloud functionality.
- Develop and deliver training materials and documentation.
Performance Optimization:

- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Proactively address performance issues to ensure system availability and responsiveness.
- Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- CA
- 8+ years of experience in implementing, managing, and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (PBCS, FCCS, EPBCS, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Oracle Cloud certifications in EPM Cloud solutions are highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
