Overview

Responsibilities:

Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
  • Responsible for handling challenging customers.

Required Work Experience :

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the same field, ideally in the UAE market.
  • Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration or any related field.
  • Functional Knowledge Sales & Closing Techniques, Customer oriented.
  • Business Expertise (F&B operations, Business, Marketing & SaaS Knowledge).

Required Skills/Competency-

  • Solutions based selling skills, ideally in Point of Sale / POS. or SAAS.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to understand complex software.
  • Expert problem solver.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication – verbal and written.
  • Passion for new technology and software.
  • Strong customer facing sales skills across the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Can work in a fast paced environment.
  • Data driven and comfortable working to KPIs.
  • Self motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Desirable Skills/Competency-
  • Drivers license and own vehicle.
