  • Review, develop, and implement inspection methodologies and frameworks to ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
  • Continually enhance inspection policies to align with Federal Legislations and Authorities.
  • Lead, manage, and direct the inspection and registration teams, providing coaching, training, and development.
  • Ensure teamwork, high performance, and alignment with organizational goals in both accuracy and compliance.
  • Set KPIs for the team and manage the distribution of inspection tasks.
  • Lead the development and execution of inspection plans based on business requirements.
  • Oversee the timely and high-quality delivery of all inspections and reports.
  • Address and resolve complex inspection issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and control the registration process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with the department’s strategy.
  • Act as a point of reference for leasing or licensing during the absence of section heads.
  • Approve registration transactions within delegated authority and seek higher-level approvals for riskier cases.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to inform management of operational results in both inspection and registration.
  • Review complex inspection reports involving financial actions (fines) and authorize critical reports as necessary.
  • Manage the section’s resource allocation, including personnel and budget.
  • Propose and manage the section’s expenses to ensure spending is within the approved budget.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external agencies, including Dubai Police, Dubai Customs, and World Security, to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
  • Contribute inputs for the security needs and plans of the zones.
  • Ensure effective communication of company policies to promote understanding and compliance.
  • Actively resolve customer complaints and handle violations in coordination with the team.
  • Foster a culture of learning and sharing regarding global and local trends and best practices.
  • Enhance the team’s understanding of evolving responsibilities in inspection and registration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/management. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment on regulatory updates and requirements.
