Overview

Job purpose: A Customer Service Executive will act as a liaison, provide information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls; support 24/7 shared group for sales support.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through competent and efficient support.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Convert leads to sales; ensure all potential leads from marketing resources are taken care of, assigned to sales teams and generate revenue.
  • Coordinate with Sales, warehouse and logistic teams to ensure smooth deliveries, and issue resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or administration, Marketing, Communications or related.
  • 0-2 years’ experience.
  • English language skills in verbal and written communication
