Job Title: Sales Representative – Cosmetics Products

Location: Abu Dhabi – UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our cosmetics products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of beauty and skincare products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Engagement:

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about product benefits and usage.

2. Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and distributors.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

3. Product Knowledge & Promotion:

Stay updated on product features, new launches, and industry trends.

Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.

Educate clients and partners about new products and promotional offers.

4. Reporting & Feedback:

Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.

5. Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.

Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field is a plus).

Experience: Previous sales experience in cosmetics, or retail is preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive and confident in closing sales.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
