Job summary:
Carries out all work directions from Key Account Managers, attends to queries of all payee codes customers and resolves, maintains accurate and current information in the computerized system in accordance with the Divisionās policy.
General Responsibilities:
Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems
- Ensure the compliance of organizationās policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
Reporting
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business and organizationās policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
- Comply with organizationās requirements in a timely manner.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Make sure all paper required for any changing made to the customers accounts are their /if not contact the customers by mail, phone or letter.
- Reports any outstanding problems within his authority to the Key Accounts Officer for higher level of intervention.
- Provides all necessary assistance in preparing various documents as requested to facilitate sectionās work flow.
- Maintain appropriate filing for all transactions made in the customerās accounts for future reference and retrieval and for auditing purpose.
- Handles problems related to customerās accounts such as disconnection, inappropriate statement and takes action to resolve it. Ensures that information related to accounts is correct according to the Sectionās policy, and requires adjustments when needed.
- Be accountable to prevent the pollution, protect the environment and ensure safe in your area.
- Follows up all outstanding issues of large and commercial accounts. Contacts customers either by letter or phone in the case of VIP Customers such as hospitals, Ministry, hotels, etc. to cover any information needed for their accounts.
- Ensures the connection, clearance and/ or transfer of accounts and attends to queries from Government, Ministry or others Authority customerās accounts in accordance to the Divisionās policy and procedures. Records services provided on computerized system to keep accurate and current details of each customer.

- Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at the workplace that supports the interest of HSE, security and welfare.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- 6 years of relevant working experience
