What You Will Do

• Keep our office a well-oiled machine by managing daily admin tasks, supplies, and workspace organization 🏢
• Be the go-to person between management, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination 🔄
• Support HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee documentation—people are your thing! 💙
• Manage emails, calls, and correspondence like a pro—efficient, friendly, and always on top of things 📩
• Take charge of meetings: scheduling, prep work, and follow-ups to make sure nothing falls through the cracks 📅
• Regularly prepare reports and support management on varying administrative tasks
