As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving all possible sales channels to end-users including planning, managing, and expanding the retail market across nationwide.

Demonstrated expertise in driving significant sales growth, managing extensive distribution channels, and collaborating with power retailers to deliver exceptional sales and service. Proficient in market analysis, inventory management, and strategic planning to optimize product reach and profitability. Adept at building and maintaining robust client relationships and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Skilled in identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, particularly within the Gulf countries.

Who are you: Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management or related fields
Experience: 15+ years of distributor management experience in consumer electronics
Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales with a proactive mindset and strong relations with Retailers/Distributors/Dealers
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
Knowledge: Background in home appliances, visual display, and IT products is advantageous.

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage the UAE sales team, setting clear KPIs and targets.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform sales tactics.
  • Oversee the execution of sales plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Market and Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Financial and Performance Reporting:

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
