Job Purpose/Description:

Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administration, support and assistance to the Quality Director, Lead Auditor and staff in alignment with ADA’s adopted policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or with Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related course Proven 2 years’ experience in general clerical and data control work, out of which, 1 year of computer operation

• Experience in aviation industry is an advantage

• Good communication and self-correspondence skills Computer literate and proficient in MS Office

• English typing of 40 w.p.m. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
