JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage an existing portfolio of strategic client accounts
  • Create new business through existing and new clients
  • Proactively provide clients learning and development solutions as well as reactively respond to client requests
  • Hands-on experience in the design and development of training programs and initiatives in response to changing needs
  • Ensure the full learning cycle, curriculum design, development, execution and review are met as per the clients’ needs
  • Responsible for generating leads and ensuring sales target is met
  • Customize training programs and product as per company’s requirements
  • Market the Digital and E-Learning solutions to new and existing clientele

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • Detail-oriented in helping clients identify, assess, and prioritize their learning objectives
  • A strong background in delivering towards revenue targets
  • A track record of meeting revenue targets with a client base in the region
  • Very organized in planning, implementing, and reviewing initiatives
  • Possess strong communication skills in discussing proposals and strategies
  • Knowledgeable in the education and training field
  • Able to coordinate between the client and our team
  • Advantage: Experience with banking and finance clients and their learning needs
  • Advantage: Experience in selling Digital and E-Learning solutions
