Pearl Polyurethane Systems is an award-winning, polyurethane innovator, and the largest system house in the Middle East and Africa. We are seeking a capable, self-starter to join the talented, multinational team at our polyurethane innovation hub in Dubai.
The ideal candidate (m/f) will lead initiatives supporting the Pearl X2 growth strategy, focusing on the area of diversification. As such, he/she will be required to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. Apart from the capability to think critically and strong communication skills, the ideal candidate will show a high amount of accountability, ownership, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and turn them into sales growth.
- Ensure collection for generated sales.
- Prepare growth plans and execute them.
- Provide educated feedback to the technical department on product specifications required.
- Close cooperation with other departments (R&D, Credit Management, Production)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Chemical Engineering background preferred
- 3 – 4 years’ prior chemical industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
