Key responsibilities:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Leading and managing the B2B sales team by ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Setting clear KPIs for the sales team to manage and monitor results on a weekly basis.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Creating sales strategy, executing the sales plan and analyzing market data to keep the goals realistic and relevant
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Assigning sales territories to each account manager to maximize potential reach
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Coach, guide and assist existing sales team members in-order to grow
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Creating and implementingย a clear sales process to be followed by each team member that enables tracking
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Stay up to date on any market developments and competitor actions to be able to update sales strategy /approach as and when required.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Analyze market and industry on a regular basis to find gaps and identify new opportunities to grow the business.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Encourage building a collective database recording information of potential or existing clientele.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Take the lead and assist sales team members in key meetings, conversations to secure business.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Having a deep understanding of the product offerings and keep up to date with any developments and innovations by communicating internally with the Noon Daily operations team.
Skills Required
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 8+ years Sales experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Experience managing teams
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย An excellent track record of meeting and overachieving targets & supporting business needs
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Great communication and relationship management skills
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Versatile in communication style and ability to connect with various small business owners or grocers
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Experience in B2B sales is required
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Experience in Food tech industry is a plus
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Extensive knowledge of the market and ability to constantly improvise accordingly
