The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with clients related to civil and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Conduct sales presentations to the civil engineering consultants and contractors involved in those projects, collect information about their client needs, propose technical solutions and recommendations using their products.
- Prepare sales quotations in line with the company pricing policy and the environment of the project.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil or Environmental Engineering and Master’s degree in in Business is plus
- 10+ years’ of sales experience in GCC market for the sales of construction chemicals or geosynthetic materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
