The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers in the Courier Industry.
Responsibilities: –
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Able to attract new clients and finalize long-term business contacts with existing contracts.
• Ability to maintain proper business relations and day-to-day problem solving to maintain customer’s relations.
• Participate in developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Effectively promote company’s services and be able to predict clients’ needs.
• Prepare sales contracts/agreements while ensuring adherence to company-established rules and guidelines as well as profitability targets.
• Negotiate prices and contracts’ terms
• Initiate to solve customers’ conflicts through effective negations while ensuring customers’ satisfaction and company’s profitability at a time.
• Build and maintain a strong and professional customer relationship to develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers.
• Explore new business opportunities from existing customers and prospects, ensuring maximum penetration of FirstFlight Couriers into the market.
• Achieve individual sales target.
• Increase awareness about the company and its products.
• Attend to customers’ calls and emails professionally to ensure their needs are recognized and met.
• Develop and implement a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for maximizing the growth of existing customers and gaining new businesses.
• Confidentially maintain a detailed, up-to-date database for all company’s customers and prospects.
Qualifications: –
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of the courier industry is Must.
• Should have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in the same role
• Should have Driving License with own car
• Proven sales track record.
