Job Description/Role
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, specializing in automotive sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
– Identify and target potential clients in the automotive industry, including car dealerships, repair shops, and fleet operators.
– Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
– Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.
– Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues promptly.
3. Product Knowledge and Promotion:
– Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s product line, including automotive parts, lubricants, filters, and other consumables.
– Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and potential customers.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
– Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance analysis.
– Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
– Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer preferences, and product needs.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
– Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
– Coordinate with the finance department to manage credit terms and payment collections.
– Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market and customer base.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
– Valid UAE driving license.
