About the job

We are hiring Admin Manager for our client based in Dubai.

Their main duties and responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing business strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
2. Managing and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
3. Setting performance goals and objectives for each department and ensuring they are met.
4. Leading and motivating a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
6. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
7. Making financial decisions and managing budgets to ensure profitability and financial stability.
8. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
9. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
10. Identifying and addressing any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
