Job Description/Role

Role:

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth fulfillment of services and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders including hotels, bedbanks, other travel product suppliers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate efficient booking processes and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels and other suppliers of accommodation, attractions and transfers.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes with partner hotels promptly and effectively.

2. Booking Management:

  • Oversee the assigned bookings from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with clients to fulfill their booking requirements and preferences.

3. Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures set for each task; Provide continuous feedback to the operations manager to enhance operational effectiveness.

4. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate efforts and resolve issues.

5. Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in bookings and operations.
  • Support finance teams in reconciling receivable and supplier payments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality, online travel industry or in a travel agency is must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
