We are seeking a talented Interior Design Architectural CAD Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts into precise technical drawings, collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and Design:

• Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Translate sketches, rough concepts, and verbal instructions into technical drawings.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand design requirements.
• Coordinate with other draftsmen and engineers to ensure cohesive and accurate project documentation.
• Attend design meetings to gather information and understand project scope and client needs.

Technical Accuracy:

• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Review and verify dimensions, materials, and construction methods for accuracy.
• Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from designers and clients.

Documentation and Filing:

• Maintain organized files of drawings, project documents, and revisions.
• Prepare and distribute drawings and documentation to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation for permits and approvals.

Software Proficiency:

• Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design tools efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest software versions and industry trends in CAD design.

Quality Control:

• Conduct self-checks and quality control reviews of drawings.
• Implement feedback and corrections promptly to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate’s degree or diploma in Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in interior design. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and luxury villa projects experience is a must.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent understanding of architectural and interior design principles, good communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with occasional site visits as required.
• Collaborative work setting with regular interaction with design and engineering teams.
