Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Lead based in Dubai. The Sales Lead will manage day-to-day sales activities, build and maintain customer relationships, train and lead the sales team, and collaborate with other departments to ensure growth and profitability.

Key Responsibility:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and the last 4 years of experience in the manpower outsourcing industry

UAE market experience for more than 4 years

Proven successful sales track record

Strong business and commercial acumen.

Responsibility:

Generating inquiries and new business for our manpower outsourcing services

Prepare technical or commercial proposals based on the client’s requirements.

Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain contracts and achieve sales targets.

Maintain all records on CRM as per company policy.

Meet clients regularly in order to understand the level of customer satisfaction with the service delivered.

Client relationship management includes contract renewals and organic account growth.
