About the job
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts both payable and receivable.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers and third party.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Support Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with UAE financial policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Must have ACCA certification.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP system and other accounting software.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
