Job Description

The Sales Executive is a key member of the ABS Quality Evaluations sales team, responsible for driving sales and growth initiatives within the GCC and Middle East. This position offers a unique opportunity for motivated and results-driven sales professionals to expand their careers within the organization.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling Management System Certification Services (e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001,ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 55001, IATF, SA8000, AS9000, etc.), 2nd Party Audits, and Training programs to a wide range of industries and sectors within the territory/region. They will work closely with the Director of Business Development and Country Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall objectives and targets.

In addition to driving sales growth, the Sales Executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring that all clients receive exceptional customer service and support. They will work closely with operations and accounting teams to ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

The successful candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. They will also possess a deep understanding of the Management System Certification Services market, as well as the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales and growth initiatives within the GCC mainly and the Middle East for Management System Certification Services, 2nd Party Audits, and Training programs.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive target list of prospective clients in the region and actively prospect new clients.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the region to achieve defined sales targets, including identifying market opportunities and developing effective approaches to reach potential clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecast data, market intelligence, and other customer insights to inform sales planning and decision-making.
  • Adhere to company policies and budget guidelines, and ensure that all sales activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Produce high-quality and compelling proposals for clients/prospects in accordance with ABS QE procedures and pricing guidelines.
  • Follow up on all proposals in a timely and professional manner, and conduct client presentations as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure that clients are satisfied and receiving appropriate services.
  • Manage collections as necessary and work collaboratively with accounting and operations teams to resolve any payment-related issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Director of Business Development or Country Manager regarding sales progress, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Contribute to the overall development of the business by participating in special projects, cross-functional teams, and other initiatives as needed.
  • Achieve or exceed delegated sales targets by applying a proactive and results-oriented approach to all sales activities.

Professional Qualifications:

  • A minimum of Proven 2 years of experience in Sales of Management System Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing desirable.
  • The candidate should have the ability to effectively communicate and present information to clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in basic productivity applications, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Compensation And Job Description

  • Job Type: This is a permanent full-time position.
  • Hours: The Sales Executive will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with some flexibility required to accommodate client meetings and travel.
  • Salary: The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary in the range of SAR 144,000 per annum plus commissions, commensurate with their skills and experience.
  • Commission: In addition to the base salary, the Senior Sales Executive will be eligible for an aggressive commission scheme. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated sales professionals to significantly increase their earnings.
