The Receivable Associate is one of the most important and impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of the team members that hold this role.
With proper control and high organizational skills, the Receivable Associate will manage the complete collection process and clearance of our invoices from the customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Preparation and posting of incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures and updating SOA
- Conducting day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Preparing bills receivable, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconciliation of the revenue and billing records to ensure that all payments are accounted for
- and properly posted
- Facilitation of outstanding payments of invoices by following up with clients on payment status
- Verifying discrepancies and resolving clients’ billing issues
- Generate financial statements and reports providing accounts receivable status
- Supporting the head of the department with the preparation of various reports and other
- accounting tasks
- To use the Insta Shop services as per the company policies in order to provide feedback on how to improve the service
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role
- Structured thinking & organizational skills
- Strong oral, written & verbal communication skills in English
- Detail oriented
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
- Accounting-related bachelor/master’s preferred
