The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
  • Manage marketing budget and show project ROI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Create and execute the overall B2B Marketing Strategy for AZCO
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a thought leadership strategy in line with our brand purpose in B2B space.
  • Translate product USPs into commercial narratives about the features, functions and benefits across each segment and key personas.
  • Own B2B narrative internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure AZCO representation at key industry events and conferences and close collaboration with key industry trade organizations.
  • Create and execute AZCO owned events in close partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Develop marketing materials and programs designed to enhance our customers’ understanding of business and products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional counterparts (Sales, PR, Data, Creative, etc.) to ensure cohesion and scalability for messaging, campaigns and product launches.
  • Define clear KPIs and develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive decision making and impact.
  • Implement measurement and reporting systems to support the above.
  • Maintain accurate budget forecasting and management processes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing industry leading marketing strategies
  • Deep knowledge of the B2B marketing dynamics
  • Experience working with senior marketers and expertise supporting and enabling a sales organization
  • Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing cross-functional teams
  • Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to positioning and marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English
