Business Development Manager | ASTUDIO

A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of  “Business Development Manager”.

ASTUDIO, a one-stop creative, digital and production agency, is looking to employ a full-time Business Development Manager – a strategic, passionate sales manager with solid experience working in a video production house or digital agency and an eye for spotting business opportunities from a mile away.

What you need to do:

• Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products, and services
• Meet and exceed targets and budgets
• Grow our business by researching leads, establishing rapport with potential clients, and arranging chemistry meetings
• Ensure efficient collaboration with the creative team to meet your clients’ requirements
• Manage client leads in different sectors including luxury, fashion, tourism, and the government
• Develop quotes and proposals for new clients
• Create winning proposals and RFPs to gain new business

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Relevant experience in UAE is a must
• Experience in managing RFPs / sales for governmental clients is an added bonus
• Strong project management skills
• Previous experience in a video production / digital agency is essential
• Excellent command of the English language
• Arabic is a plus
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
• Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance with a proactive, can-do attitude
