The Client Relations Manager is responsible for growing the commercial performance of THAT concept’s top customer segment, building a client development strategy to acquire and retain new High-profile customers, as well as increase our sales performance which are instrumental to the success of the business.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

- Profiling of MAF Lifestyle top customers
- Assignment of our top customer to retail team
- Developing and maintaining client trackers to measure the results of our clients’ actions
- Build long term relationships with high profile customers and set a plan to recruit more customers.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Develop in store customer events agenda built on key brand/product launches
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Buying and Marketing, senior management) to address customers’ needs
- Creating sales plans to achieve top customers and revenue
- Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
- Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
- Understand the levers and indicators that affect the business and coach the team of specialists to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, creating great moments for guests.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of any customer related challenges and/or concerns.
