A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of  “Client Relations Manager”.

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for growing the commercial performance of THAT concept’s top customer segment, building a client development strategy to acquire and retain new High-profile customers, as well as increase our sales performance which are instrumental to the success of the business.

• Profiling of MAF Lifestyle top customers
• Assignment of our top customer to retail team
• Developing and maintaining client trackers to measure the results of our clients’ actions
• Build long term relationships with high profile customers and set a plan to recruit more customers.
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Develop in store customer events agenda built on key brand/product launches
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Buying and Marketing, senior management) to address customers’ needs
• Creating sales plans to achieve top customers and revenue
• Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
• Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
• Understand the levers and indicators that affect the business and coach the team of specialists to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, creating great moments for guests.
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of any customer related challenges and/or concerns.
