ASTUDIO, a one-stop-shop production, and an award-winning digital creative agency is looking to employ a full-time Office / Operations Manager responsible for the smooth running of our dynamic creative, and growing office.
As an Office / Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the company’s general operating activities.
Responsibilities:
- The day-to-day running of the office
- Administrative support including rent, insurance, and license renewals
- Overlook the HR and recruitment functions
- Capable of creating and implementing policies, processes, and procedures
- Assistance with production and post-production coordination
- Making travel and meeting arrangements
- Operation and organizational management and coordination
Requirements:
- Dubai based only
- Available to join immediately
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Preferable background in advertising/production
- Minimum 2 years experience in the UAE
- Proven experience as an Office or Operations Manager or related office administrative positions
- Strong administrative and multi-tasking skills
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Attention to details
- Proficiency in using Mac and PC programs (pages, numbers, keynote)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be comfortable with industry hours (not fixed)
