Sales & Marketing Manager for Video Production
English-Arabic Speaking
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager for video production located in Dubai (UAE). A person who joins us must have excellent account management and communication skills, experience in building relationships with clients, organizational skills and most importantly, a positive and client-focused attitude. Knowledge of the basics of video production will definitely be an advantage. A person is required to do everything possible to make the project happen, the client was happy and called us for the next projects.
Responsibilities
– Call clients we haven’t heard from in a while, call new targets to introduce ourselves and ask for referrals
– Provide after-sales support to retain clients
– Provide quick and accurate responses to customer inquiries
– Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication
– Promote new products/services to existing customers
– Offer company products/services that best meet customer needs
– Communicate product and pricing information clearly
– Coordinate with Project Managers and Sales Managers to create customized sales plans for key clients
– Search for potential clients
– Write proposals and budgets for new video projects
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients both during and after projects
– Participate creatively in projects – suggesting ideas, giving feedback on scenarios and results
– Monitor all phases of projects to ensure they run smoothly.
– Ensuring that all work is completed according to plan, budget, and on time
– Assist current clients with delinquent payment options to recover services
Qualifications
– Enjoy making everyone’s job easier and do not be shy about asking for new opportunities and referrals
– Have excellent customer service and great phone communication skills, follow through, and be an excellent communicator
– Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping company
– Communicate clearly and concisely, write well, and speak eloquently
– Be proficient with computers, know all standard computer programs and be able to learn new ones
– Have an understanding of video production and knowledge of equipment and media formats
– Have a bachelor’s degree and three or more years of experience in video production and customer service
– Approach client business with a sense of curiosity and a desire to improve the status quo
– Be attentive to detail in day-to-day work, but be able to look beyond the details and understand how each detail fits into the big picture
– Be passionate about direct marketing and getting results
– Know when to take initiative and when to consult with the team
– Be persistent in the face of challenging circumstances
