The Advanced Technology Fund (ATF) has specialized business and industry-focused divisions developing and implementing complex long-term fast-growth environment strategies. The group is in need of a marketing manager who will create an executive marketing agenda according to the ATF strategy and work with our partners primarily in the GCC region but as well as support the global initiatives.

· Developing and executing the Marketing Strategy for the GCC region as well support Global agenda

· Working closely with business units teams and as well functions (HR) on developing and maintaining a strong promotional and branding plan.

· Drive company communications agenda and relevant calendar

· Closely Monitoring and reporting sales and lead generation conversions

· Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns

· Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand

· Plan and manage the brand marketing calendar and own the marketing budget and return on investment KPIs.

· Managing the Social Media presence of the brand including but not limited to creating online content, defining and rolling out the social media strategy, identifying and rolling out influencer campaigns and engagement activities

· Working closely with the commercial teams of ATF to ensure strong visibility and performance of products by monitoring sales, providing them with necessary brand materials, pushing promotions and communication, and ensuring on-site content is up to date and relevant

· Planning community activities, workshops, and events.

· Developing relevant themes and seasons for Marketing Communication – considering the local market

· Exploring new opportunities for brands development and commercial growth

· Preparing and presenting marketing reports and highlighting risks and opportunities

· Monitoring competitor promotional and marketing activities and making sure ATF marketing innovation and effectiveness are leading on the private equity market.

· Lead in-house marketing as well coordinate with external parties (agencies), and work closely with social media and influencer teams to identify key potential collaborators

· Working on partnerships and sponsorship possibilities

This role reports to the Global Vice President of the Advanced Technology Fund.

Qualifications / What we look for

· University Degree (MBA or Marketing-Communications Sector Degree preferred)

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content, and influencer marketing.

· Ability to work with remotely distributed teams based in large geographical spans and different time zones

· Ability to apply sound business judgment and an analytical, pragmatic, and creative approach to problem-solving

· 5+ years of best-in-class consumer marketing experience, comprising varied exposure to commercial, creative, advertising, PR, brand

· Ability to plan and prioritize effectively: strong project/process management skills

· Hunger to drive change, always seeking better ways of achieving goals and making things happen.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills

· Technically proficient (Advanced) in Excel, Word, PowerPoint essential

· Team player with high personal integrity and ethics

· Fluency in English is a must and Arabic is preferred
