We are looking for a HR Generalist who is proactive, well organized, and friendly, with extensive multinational people management experience and will be responsible for assisting HRM in managing the day-to-day HR operations across the offices in Dubai including: talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, retention and development, performance management and employee relations, as well as to assist and support some hirings in MENA required from other teams.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment
· Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment channels and process.
· Handle recruitment process, including job descriptions, website advertising, updating of the company resource plan, sifting and selection of CV’s attending interviews and selecting candidates.
· Prepare offer letters and contracts of employment, whilst managing the timely distribution of such documents after approvals.
Performance Management
· Co-ordinate and participate in employee performance review including Probation performance appraisal and semi-annual performance Appraisal.
· Provision of support to business managers on Monthly KPI results application; Track the performance management process;
Compensation & Benefit
· Handle the monthly payroll and annual salary, bonus, welfare etc., make sure timely and accurately distribution to employees.
· Assist to provide market benchmark information on staffing and retention strategies of in particular social networking and gaming industry from the external market to ensure the competitiveness of the company.
Employee Relations
· Communicate with peers in a respectful and professional manner; exhibit mature behavior in dealing with ambiguous situations.
· Provision of support and advice to business managers on individual employee relation issues.
· Support and advice on Discipline, Performance Improvement and Grievance Management (including attendance at final stage hearings as required).
HR Administration:
· Manage HR database, ensure key HR information maintained appropriately, e.g. immigration documents, recruitment records etc.
· Guide with the delivery of HR process throughout the employee lifecycle such as on boarding, induction, probation meetings and exit interviews.
HR Compliance:
· Ensure full compliance under UAE labor law and requirements for NYSE listed company.
Requirement.
· Excellent in verbal and written English; Good at Arabic is a plus.
· 3-5 years HR experience within multinational organization. Same Experience in social networking and gaming industry is a plus; Significant experience in at least 2 aspects of HR process and procedures.
· B.A. + degree in HR/ Business Administration or related;
· Up to date knowledge of MENA Region Labor Law;
· Highly self-motivated with resilience, can work with challenge.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must be proactive with high-level negotiation and influencing skills.
· Fully competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT.
· Can-do attitude, willing to help others and have empathy.
· Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Flexible and adaptable work ethic.
· Confident in communicating with staff members at all levels.
