Accountant Required
Main Accountabilities / Duties:
Manage all accounting transactions and making sure that all the financial transactions are accurate and complete.
Ensure timely bank and cash payments to suppliers and other parties.
Prepare sales invoices, Prepare daily and month end journal entries
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis.
Monitor and reconcile daily cash and bank transactions.
Reconcile and physical verify Stock in hand on monthly basis
Coordinate with related parties to ensure that the intercompany transactions are reported on a timely basis.
Preparation of the Monthly budget of the estimate budget schedule of Expenses and revenue.
Implemented ERP system successfully in the company
Prepare monthly payroll thru WPS
Maintain fixed asset schedules.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings process and prepare Monthly and yearly financial
statements and other MIS reports in time.
Coordination with Bankers and other related parties.
Prepare and comply with all state required filings and documentation.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss items.
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
3. Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications:
Accounting graduate with At least 3-4 years’ proven experience is required in similar role in the Auto
service sector.
4. Knowledge & Skills:
Have an effective communication.
Language speaking (good command in English).
Demonstrates ability to process transactions using cash-register, calculator, and optical
scanners quickly and accurately.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ethical conduct and confidence-level required.
