Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone calls and inquiries.
- Maintains good business relationship and rapport with clients.
- Handles incoming inquiries and conducts initial qualifying process to secure potential business.
- Acquiring new business & following the complete sales cycle for new and existing customers .
- Maintain updated departmental filing and tracing system for admin and expense related documents
- Provides clerical support to Director of Global Sales, Account directors and Business Development Managers
- Prepares accurate and timely reports to all internal departments
Experience
- Have a proven track record (1-2 Years) in Luxury Hotels in the GCC, ideally in a Global Sales environment
- Have a strong and established sales network, especially in Corporate, Leisure and MICE markets
- Be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work within a team achieve results
- Experience using RFP, Quotation tools, Tableau, CRM system. (SalesForce/ Delphi360)
- Have a valid UAE driving license
