Planning monthly and annual promotion calendars for the brands in coordination with retailers’ and trade marketing teams to suit the business objectives.
Meet, coordinate and communicate with trade marketing, brand and sales team, on a monthly basis or as required, to understand the promotional needs and formulate the promotional plans per brand.
Defining and preparing communication about promotional schemes and financial workings based on best practices and established standard.
Monitor, evaluate and provide detailed analysis of brand wise promotions and impact on business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Provide feedback on existing promotions and suggest new promotions to support the business needs.
Monitor competitor brands in terms of promotional activities and provide suggestions related to promotions suitable for the brands.
Forecast, monitor, analyze and report the brand wise promotion budgets, expenses and suggest changes in promotions to increase ROI on promotions
Coordinate with retailers on a monthly basis and as required to align promotional activities and fine tune the promotional calendars, based on regional retail calendar and customer corporate promotion calendars.
Secure necessary approvals on the promotions and budgets, prepare necessary documentation for promotional contributions from marketing.
Maintain a detailed list of end consumer promotions by brand, category and markets.
Secure promotional tie ups with third party entities, which are suitable for the brands and can lead to fulfillment of brand and business objectives.
GIFT WITH PURCHSE / GIFTING
Manage the brand wise stock in hand of gifts with purchase and corporate gifts.
Manage the reporting, registration, invoicing and supply of gifts with purchases and corporate gits as per trade marketing and corporate needs.
Coordinate with finance and brand team for required documentation and approvals.
Manage and coordinate the supply, registration and documentation of Gifts / gifts with purchase to clients.
Planning monthly and annual staff reward calendars for the brands in coordination with the brand and trade marketing teams to suit the business objectives.
Meet, coordinate and communicate with trade marketing, brand and sales team, on a monthly basis to understand the needs and formulate effective staff reward plans.
Define, prepare and communicate mechanisms for staff rewards based on established standard for communication to retail, sales, marketing teams and external clients.
Monitor, evaluate and provide detailed analysis of brand wise staff rewards and impact on business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Provide feedback on existing staff rewards and suggest new and exciting rewards to support the business needs and keep the staff motivated.
Monitor staff rewards by competition and suggests changes and feedback to be ahead of the competition.
Forecast, monitor, analyze and report the brand wise reward budgets, expenses and suggest changes in reward schemes to increase ROI on rewards.
Coordinate with retailers and distributers to align on reward schemes and fine tune the reward scheme.
Secure approval on marketing budgets and issue required documentation on payouts.
Maintain a detailed list of staff rewards by brand, category and markets.

Should ideally be an MBA – Marketing from a reputed institute
Should have at least 3 -4 years of work experience in the field of Marketing in a retail or distribution organization with similar or complimenting product categories, handling a similar role and have worked in UAE for at least 2 years.
Should be enthusiastic, eager to learn and adapt, flexible and ready to go the extra mile.
Should be good with MS Office, especially MS Excel and must have an eye for detail.
