Job Purpose
- The Financial Analyst will be in the role of providing support to Senior Financial Controller. The Financial Analyst is expected to provide excellent support in terms of Monthly Review & MIS, Management Dash Board reporting, Budgeting and forecasting exercise, Divisional performance analysis, productivity analysis, Business Review Meeting presentations etc.
- This role demands exposure to highly sensitive & confidential information of the organization and involvement with superior contacts requiring considerable use of discretion, tact, diplomacy, and judgment.
Your key responsibilities will be but not be limited to:
- Provide effective and timely Management Reports – financial and operational reports and dashboards to Business operations that enable Automotive companies to manage their operations, including analysis of key financials, balance sheet and working capital.
- Explore investment options and present risk and opportunities
- Coordinate with the executive team on long-term financial planning
- Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
- Participate in budgeting (for departments and projects)
- Review accounting transactions for data accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions
- Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis
