Job description:

ยท You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

ยท Preparing & Processing the Payroll

ยท Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.

ยท Focal point and communication source between the division and the other depts., in the company and with outside authorities and companies.

ยท Controlling employee at the Site Projects related to HR & admin responsibilities

ยท Controlling all the company employee & Staff Camp

ยท Presenting the required Reports to HR Manager

ยท Assisting to fulfil the requirements of whole office staff if required.

ยท Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

ยท Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

ยท Strong administration skills.

ยท A high level of confidentiality.

ยท Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.

ยท Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

ยท Administer HR-related documentation as per the UAE Labour Law, such as contracts of employment

ยท Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

ยท Assist in the recruitment process, Liaise with recruitment agencies

ยท Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence

ยท Sorting, distributing and organizing incoming and outgoing emails and correspondences.

ยท Issuing English & Arabic formal letters and reports.

ยท Drafting and formatting all correspondences to the senior executives, governmental authorities and International organizations

ยท Dealing and managing the highly confidential tasks related to the management.

ยท Manage the manager calendar, booking meeting rooms and conferences facilities and arranging the meetings with the company managements, authorities and clients.

ยท Arranging both in- house and external events.

ยท Stationery requests and equipment

ยท Ability to use (Maximo, Oracle) companies system by entering invoices, leaves, Reports generation etc.

ยท Managing and Routing phone calls.

ยท Using variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Words, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel etc., to produce correspondences and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and database.

  • must have minimum 4 Yearsโ€™ experience in Civil Contracting Co.
