Job description:
· You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
· Preparing & Processing the Payroll
· Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
· Focal point and communication source between the division and the other depts., in the company and with outside authorities and companies.
· Controlling employee at the Site Projects related to HR & admin responsibilities
· Controlling all the company employee & Staff Camp
· Presenting the required Reports to HR Manager
· Assisting to fulfil the requirements of whole office staff if required.
· Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
· Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
· Strong administration skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Administer HR-related documentation as per the UAE Labour Law, such as contracts of employment
· Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
· Assist in the recruitment process, Liaise with recruitment agencies
· Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
· Sorting, distributing and organizing incoming and outgoing emails and correspondences.
· Issuing English & Arabic formal letters and reports.
· Drafting and formatting all correspondences to the senior executives, governmental authorities and International organizations
· Dealing and managing the highly confidential tasks related to the management.
· Manage the manager calendar, booking meeting rooms and conferences facilities and arranging the meetings with the company managements, authorities and clients.
· Arranging both in- house and external events.
· Stationery requests and equipment
· Ability to use (Maximo, Oracle) companies system by entering invoices, leaves, Reports generation etc.
· Managing and Routing phone calls.
· Using variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Words, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel etc., to produce correspondences and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and database.
- must have minimum 4 Years’ experience in Civil Contracting Co.
