Reputable Aesthetic Clinic is looking to hire an experienced Clinic Operations Manager in or retail, medical or hospitality in Dubai.

As an Operations Manager you are to act as a liaison between the clinical staff and patients. In general, you are required to oversee the general functioning of all departments and ensure all the guidelines are implemented and executed. You will also be liable for financial well-being of the clinics, implements policy, and manages the medical and non-medical staff. Must be proficient in Digital Technology and should be able to do market surveys and bring in best practices and ideas for lead generation and patient growth. Draft, implement and administer policies which involves both internal, external and patientā€™s safety. Timely update the policy guidelines and continuously looks for area to improvise operations for better patient services.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree (business management, economic/ finance science, business administration)
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlookā€¦
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ultimate responsibility for ensuring smooth operations of the clinic
  • Knowledge of regulatory protocols and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
  • To be familiar with DHA rules and regulation
  • To be familiar with UAE labor law and to handle and supervise HR department. Responsibility for staff welfare and development. Recruit staff, manage the induction of new staff & ensure their training.
  • To have strong finance background with accent on budgeting, PL, Cash flow, BS. Budget development and oversight experience
  • Ensuring quality of service and patient satisfaction is maintained
  • Handling non-clinical queries or complaints that are not handled at the front line
  • Development of new operational processes as the needs of the business grow
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.

Experience:

  • Having good experience in Mental & Health care clinic or in retail or hospitality operations. You must hold a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in the respective field
