This position is responsible to perform all finance functions such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash & Bank Reconciliation and will be is responsible for training, planning, organizing, reviewing, supervising, and evaluating the work and performance of assigned staff.

  • Prepare annual budget in coordination with concerned departments.
  • Accurate and timely payments to suppliers & ensure clean vendor accounts with proper reconciliation before payments.
  • Ensure Accounts Receivable are accurate and collected within the due date.
  • Submit daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to HQ finance accurately and timely manner.
  • Ensure to achieve KPIs set to achieve finance excellence
  • Ensure invoicing for all types of billing is completed accurately within the timeline.
  • Issue receipts on daily basis to ensure bank reconciliation is accurate.
  • Provide bank statements with receipt numbers to HQ finance to perform cash clearing.
  • Handling supplier payments accurately and timely manner with proper vendor reconciliation.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure all petty cash payments are made as per company policies and DOA.
  • Ensure revenue recognition and Accounts Receivable are accurate before closing the month.
  • Coordinate with IT to resolve the interface transaction errors.
  • Support HQ finance staff for monthly closing activities accurately and timely manner.
  • Ensure to meet the timeline for daily, weekly, monthly reporting requirements.
  • Ensure the team is adhering to the policies and procedures and support them wherever required.
  • Support Management wherever possible to ensure smooth finance operation.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of Junior Accountant for the assigned tasks

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
  • CPA/ACCA Certification preferred
  • SAP experience
