We’re looking for someone who has experience working across many technologies/projects and wants the chance to expand their knowledge and professional horizon.

Objectives of this Role:

As the Project manager, you will be responsible for the complete project from contract signature to final delivery. You will be in direct contact with our customers and make sure to fully understand the details of our customers’ requirements. You will document and present these requirements to the development team or to the Business Analyst. The goal is for the developers and QC to understand them thoroughly. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals. We employ an agile software development methodology and you should have relevant experience.

To be successful as a Project Manager, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge, be very well organized, flexible and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

·        In collaboration with the BA, complete project requirement gathering and documentation. Organize with                      customer, as needed, meetings to understand his expectations;

·        Write the user stories backlog and define the Sprint in collaboration with the BA and Dev Team;

·        Constantly keep track of the project and provide to management or customer regular status updates;

·        Organize and lead the pre-/post- sprint meetings;

·        Make sure the team has the necessary documentation and project business requirement knowledge to                           complete their assigned tasks / sprints on time and at high quality level;

·        Make sure sprint objectives are constantly achieved;

·        Participate in daily scrum meeting in a collaborative way;

·        Calculate and update team velocity;

·        Organize demo / review meetings with your customers after each sprint;

·        Make sure Sprint and user stories are constantly updated by the team. Provide concise report to ITFAQ                        management and customer once a week and when requested ;

·        Identify risks and inform management immediately. Elaborate contingency plans;

·        From time to time, you will be invited to participate in pre-sales meetings and make time-estimations for                      potential projects;

·        Identify and communicate potential business opportunities derived from your projects;

·        Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments;

·        Be transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes;

Profile : 

·        UAE own visa

·       Higher education degree in IT field

·        Min 3 years of experience in IT project management

·        Experience as a developer is a plus

·        Scrum Master and / or Product owner certification is a plus
