Job Summary

The HR business partner will be leading the transformation of the talent, skills and engagement programs in close collaboration with the Country General Manager and HR Head office. The HR Business Partner will also implement and oversee progressive HR programs/initiatives for our Dubai branch which enhance the employee experience through leading employee engagement activities, talent acquisition, learning and development and enhancing our existing rewards program

Ā Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop initiatives that enhance our employee capabilities and drive market place productivity
  • Work with Managers to utilize our SAP HRMS system for an improved goalsetting and evaluation process.
  • Provide analytics and support our talent related decision making
  • Help create an open work environment that foster innovation and collaboration across team
  • Partner with our business leaders and provide advise on people related matters and serve as coach to our leaders on people related interventions
  • Drive programs that creates stronger employee engagement and wellness
  • Provide support to the Country General Manager on all people related matters including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development and employee relations/HR administration.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā A bachelorā€™s degree in HR or Business administration and or professional qualifications such as CIPD/ SHRM

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā At least 3 years experience in a similar role for a multinational or regional organization

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Proven track record in working in transforming organization and modern HR practices

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages would be an advantage

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Familiar with the UAE Market from a legislation perspective and currently residing in the GCC.

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Worked with a Tier 1 ā€“ HRMS software ideally SAP or oracle
