Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for Data Entry Clerk:
- Performs data entry and clerical duties.
- Performs duties related to the ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing of inventory materials.
- Analyze and summarize numerical information and critically examine for accuracy.
- Contacts vendors for formal quotes and delivery information.
- Liaise with operations, procurement, and accounting teams.
Qualifications for Procurement Specialist:
- Proven experience working as a data entry clerk in the F&B space
- High attention to detail and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Additional certification in the field of inventory management desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work long hours as demanded by operations
- Able to travel to meet vendors and suppliers as necessary
