Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Principal Accountabilities:
· To achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
· To build lasting long-term relationships with corporate clients in order customer satisfaction. Through detailed market analysis and client, the research develops a structured client profile prospecting plan. Government, corporate companies, rental companies, and institutions.
· Plan regular visits to both new and existing clients. Contact reports being viewed by the Fleet Sales Manager
· Offer and engage in-vehicle demonstrations with existing and prospective clients.
· Have a complete understanding of all product specifications, prices, discount structures, and product availability.
· Follow all sales, administration, delivery, and financial accounting policies and procedures, as per company policy.
· Understand clearly what, which our competitors are doing in respect of pricing, competitive offers, and product launches according to the market.
· Provide assistance to clients in respect of after-sales issues or concerns
· Responsible for the delivery of vehicles in line with company policy and procedures
· Ensure that all new vehicle delivery procedures.
Minimum Requirement:
· 2-3 years experience in the same field
· Bachelor Degree in marketing
· Level and type of behavioral and functional competencies required
· Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook, customer-oriented, clear focus on high quality and business profit
· Good in English and Arabic
