Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation of banks and wallets
- Record all transactions and prepared monthly expense report for the international offices
- Collect all payments and expenditures, including payroll, invoices for the international offices
- Produce month end report in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the head of foreign branches
- Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Accountancy or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Attention to detail and strong organization skills a must
- Strong MS Excel skills and familiar with Quickbooks accounting system
- Good command of English
