Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Completing store operational requirements, and assigning employees following up on work results.
- Coaching, counseling, disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing challenges, initiating corrective actions.
- Ensuring the availability of merchandise and services.
- Studying advertising, sales promotion, displaying plans, and analyzing operational and financial statements for profitability ratios.
- Providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store.
- Determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operational and financial statements and departmental sales records.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
