Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound Calling on a Daily basis.
- Set up Appointments with prospective clients.
- Follow up on new and old prospects with calls and emails.
- Maintain a professional relationship with existing clients to cross-sell and keep the clients updated
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
- Attend campaign briefings
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns
- Maintain confidentiality
- Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
- Outbound calling or customer service experience
- Experienced in Appointment setting
- Expertise in handling social media
- Expertise in sourcing online database
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone mannerisms
- Proven track record in a sales environment
- Ability to write detailed follow-up notes for business reporting
- Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
- Confident, self-motivated and commission-driven
- Friendly personality and team player
- Preferably experienced in the Financial Services sector ( Working in Audit & Accounting firms, Banking ( Dealing with SME’s), Insurance( SME experience), private funding associations or firms (Dealing in SME’s) )
- Preferably with Dubai experience
