Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the latest DSLR cameras and master gimbal technology to capture high-quality photos and videos that accentuate property features.
• Develop engaging visual content that aligns with marketing strategies, highlighting property assets and appealing to target audiences.
• Work closely with real estate agents to understand their vision and ensure visual content complements marketing strategies effectively.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots efficiently, managing time effectively while adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies in real estate photography and videography.
• Ensure all photography equipment is well-maintained and in optimal working condition.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate photography and videography, showcasing a portfolio of previous work in the field.
