Qualified CFA with 10+ years of experience in FP&A role with mandatory work experience in FMCG / Manufacturing Industry.

Salary Budget 25000 AED to 35000 AED based on relevant experience. Kindly don’t apply if you are not available in UAE and also if you don’t have the relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze and forecast company performance, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, and cash flow analysis.

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing insights into key financial metrics and trends.

3. Partner with department heads to develop annual operating budgets and long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

4. Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of opportunity or concern and make recommendations for corrective actions as needed.

5. Assess the financial impact of business initiatives, investments, and strategic decisions, providing guidance on profitability and return on investment.

6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to optimize financial performance.

7. Support fundraising activities, including preparing financial models, presentations, and analyses for potential investors or lenders.

8. Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to internal controls.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, market

Qualifications:

. Professional Qualification in Finance, Accounting and Budgetary Control preferably CFA.

. 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in addition to accounting , finance working experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis with prior experience in Manufacturing & FMCG Industry is a must
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

. Business partnering and collaboration: Collaborating effectively with department heads and senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
