Senior Executive Accounts Receivables

Job Purpose:

Provide support to the finance team through proper management of Revenue, Trade and other receivables, which ensures accuracy in revenue & receivables operations of the company.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the reconciliation of all revenue and receivables operations reports against the General Ledger.
• Receive, maintain and store all revenue and receivables documents in timely and accurate manner so that correct and up-to-date balances are reflected.
• Responsible for raising invoices, credit notes and discrepancy reports after verifying against contractual terms in a timely and accurate manner so that amounts owned by the concerned are collected promptly.
• Responsible for update the revenue reports on a daily basis and data input in Oracle. Prepare various other statistical reports to facilitate timely reconciliation of various designated accounts.
• Scan and Maintain files for documents related to invoices and receipts for record purposes.
• Ensure that invoicing to the customers is done in a timely manner.
• Responsible for matching quotation with PO and issuance of invoices.
• Ensure that documents are retained in compliance with the Accounts Receivable record retention policy.
• Check daily on-line bank statement and update Oracle and operations team for payments and advances received.
• Perform cash invoice matching (cash invoice numbering sequence vs. Submitted cash invoices vs. payment received).
• Responsible for issuance of receipts books to operations, taking acknowledgement along with maintaining spread sheet report.
